igwood Bread has been handcrafting and baking the finest artisan breads in the Northwest. Founded in Ketchum, Idaho in 1997, Bigwood Bread is the premiere small-batch artisan bakery in Idaho and is a multi-generational family owned business.
Bigwood Bread is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients in our breads. Our flour is milled to our exact standards by family farmers in the Northwest. We never use artificial ingredients and all of our products are GMO- and preservative-free.
We also never use artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup — instead, we use thousands of pounds a week of our Pure Grade A Idaho Honey to sweeten our delicious baked goods.
